About the role
- Lead Transfer of Works (TOW) between G5 and G9
- Lead industrial qualification of standard parts in appropriate tools (e.g. NSPI)
- Secure supplier approval and conduct Supplier Control Reviews
- Assess and determine supplier approvability/approval
- Verify compliance with applicable requirements and ensure convergence to industrial maturity targets (supplier capability & capacity)
- Secure supplier deliveries to protect Airbus production units
- Consolidate and analyze the supplier performance picture
- Manage manufacturing non-conformances
- Manage supply chain and quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for On Time, On Quality (and On Cost when applicable) performance
Requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain & Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, or Customer Support
- Supply chain fundamentals: APICS Basics or equivalent
- Engineering background is an asset
- Knowledge of problem-solving methods and process improvement tools (SPC, MSA, etc.)
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (QMS, Nadcap, EMS...) is an asset
- Experience and expertise in project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Facilitation skills
- Experience working in multicultural teams
- Stakeholder management
- English at negotiation level
- German or French is a plus
