About the role

  • Ensure the reliable operation of the "compute and virtualisation" product throughout the service lifecycle, from commissioning (acceptance) to decommissioning.
  • Make sure procedures are up to date and compliant with standards, and align processes with international teams.
  • Manage operational suppliers and ensure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are continuously met.
  • Contribute to PSL descriptions, define Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs in collaboration with the relevant business domains, in agreement with the Product Manager.
  • Negotiate contractual Service Level Agreements with business domains, customers and external service providers, in alignment with the Head of the Product/PSL team and Contract Management.
  • Implement and manage service delivery and contribute to the overall product strategy through feedback from customers and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Preferably 5 years' experience within an IT operations team.
  • Some understanding of supplier/vendor management.
  • Experience working with ITIL 4.
  • Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.
