About the role

  • Plan, design and integrate IT system components
  • Meet customer requirements and hand them over to Operations under well-defined SLAs/OLAs
  • Ensure consistency across IT products
  • Design, integrate and implement IT solutions from a technical perspective
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for the VDI technology cluster and NetScaler technology
  • Develop proofs of concept (POCs) and contribute to future IT strategies and standards
  • Collaborate with other architects, systems analysts, and developers
  • Participate in all phases of the product life cycle, including design, development, testing, implementation and support
  • Align architecture strategy with the organization's business goals
  • Manage requirements, define models, and guide solution decisions
  • Ensure achieving EiS with minimal impact on the production environment
