You are responsible for full project life cycle activities: From concept definition until entry in service including training and change management
You will be integrated into a cross-functional team voicing the customs needs, as business partner, from various countries through an internal network of existing customs experts
You act as a data expert in Logistics and Customs transformation and improvement projects
Project management is part of your responsibility: Scope, planning, evaluation of budget request for a dedicated project
You participate and/or lead multi-functional project team: Customs, Logistic, Procurement, Finance, IT
You support our IT department in solution definition and validation
You secure permanently the stability, reliability, quality and performance of Airbus Customs process and system
Requirements
More than 3 years of experience in Logistics projects in integration with IT department (experience in Customs will be an added value)
Basic IT knowledge on SAP (ABAP workbench, SAP interfaces)
Functional knowledge on Inbound/Outbound flows and /Master data/Inventory (SAP SD/MM)
Knowledge of SAP GTS would be a plus
Strong knowledge of Project Management and methodologies
