About the role
- You are responsible for full project life cycle activities: From concept definition until entry in service including training and change management
- You will be integrated into a cross-functional team voicing the customs needs, as business partner, from various countries through an internal network of existing customs experts
- You act as a data expert in Logistics and Customs transformation and improvement projects
- Project management is part of your responsibility: Scope, planning, evaluation of budget request for a dedicated project
- You participate and/or lead multi-functional project team: Customs, Logistic, Procurement, Finance, IT
- You support our IT department in solution definition and validation
- You secure permanently the stability, reliability, quality and performance of Airbus Customs process and system
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in Logistics projects in integration with IT department (experience in Customs will be an added value)
- Basic IT knowledge on SAP (ABAP workbench, SAP interfaces)
- Functional knowledge on Inbound/Outbound flows and /Master data/Inventory (SAP SD/MM)
- Knowledge of SAP GTS would be a plus
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and methodologies
