About the role

  • Manage Employee Records, creating and maintaining accurate employee digital information, including time & attendance, employee letters and certificates, etc.
  • Enter data into SAP or Workday/manage requests to update employees' personal data (data entry, corrections, work schedule, ..).
  • Respond to PA / Time related inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Ensures the archiving of administrative documents through various e-filing, Google Drive and Workday processes.
  • Monitor RPA performance for existing applications.

Requirements

  • Mandatory fluency in English and German.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer support driven.
  • Experience with a ticketing system or help desk software is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Versatility to work with different technical tools.
  • Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance.
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision and using own initiative.
  • Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas.
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines.
  • Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized and have a flexible approach.
