Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end project management from initiation through completion
Definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Preparation and continuous maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in managing technical projects
Knowledge of the operational procedures of air defence systems, particularly within the German Bundeswehr Air Force
Basic knowledge of systems engineering
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
High level of initiative
Ability to make decisions under pressure
Strong sense of responsibility
Team-oriented mindset
