About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent the Infra and Digital Workplace Domain in front of other Airbus Functions
Support successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of network and communication solutions
Ensure a seamless and positive technology experience for end users from initial rollout through continuous improvement
Manage cloud and hosting services with end-to-end ownership of the product life cycle
Align with global product owners to advocate for harmonization of end-user products and services within APAC core countries
Support Airbus Group strategies and policies and define APAC standards for harmonized application across entities
Work closely with central domains and divisional PSLs to support strategy and roadmap rollouts
Support Architects in developing technical roadmaps for Connectivity upgrades
Collaborate with cross-functional APAC and Central teams to assess and resolve connectivity issues
Support the design, build, and operation of Connectivity based on Cisco, Bluecoat, and Palo Alto technologies
Increase network automation usage across APAC infrastructure
Support CyberSecurity teams in establishing and enforcing security protocols, policies, and procedures
Support cybersecurity-driven infrastructure deployments and enhancements in APAC
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative Connectivity solutions
Support the Connectivity Lead with budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines
Support continuous improvement, standardization, and harmonization across APAC and Airbus Group
Collaborate with D&IM domains and internal stakeholders to translate opportunities and challenges into technology solutions
Manage and coordinate assigned Connectivity projects and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Business-level or higher English
Native or fluent Japanese (near-native level)
Proven experience of more than 5 years in Connectivity design, implementation, and management
Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (desired)
Local Area Network deployment and troubleshooting (desired)
Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Wi-Fi technologies deployment and troubleshooting (desired)
Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco Software Defined Access deployment and troubleshooting (desired)
Knowledge of network automation, scripting, or programming (desired)
