About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Retain, grow, and optimize host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in the assigned territory
Help hosts optimize listings, improve pricing strategies, and enhance success on Airbnb
Ensure the health and expansion of supply in the West Territory
Manage hosts and acquire high-quality inventory
Develop supply acquisition strategies and strategic partnerships
Create scalable, localized supply management strategies for established and emerging markets
Build, manage, and expand partner relationships to surpass quarterly sales targets
Conduct optimization calls and business reviews with partners
Implement strategies to manage and optimize strategic partnerships
Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply
Educate clients on product updates and relay product and public-policy feedback to internal stakeholders
Use data to identify strategic growth opportunities and allocate resources
Develop and implement engagement projects within the territory
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support teams
Analyze local market trends for internal and external stakeholders
Support software partnerships and provide technical assistance to hosts and guests
Represent Airbnb in meetings with hosts and at industry conferences
Support host community programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support
Effective communication in English and Portuguese
Tech or travel industry experience is a plus
Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline and book of business
Proficient quantitative skills and ability to interpret and apply data
Ability to work strategically and tactically and execute in ambiguous environments
Proven cross-functional work experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person
Resourceful, self-sufficient self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
High proficiency with CRM software, including leads, opportunities, and core objects
Salesforce experience is a plus
Based in South Florida
Willingness to regularly travel to the assigned territory, typically once every quarter
Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy
