About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate on and develop program strategy for technical programs including AI Enablement, AI Education, Machine Learning Education, Data Education, and Engineering Education
Design, create content, and project manage in-person and virtual technical learning events and forums for the Technology organization
Develop and execute asynchronous and synchronous technical learning experiences and forum strategies
Build community and foster connection across the technical organization through events, stakeholder management, and support for internal contributors and SMEs
Coordinate learning and event logistics, course enrollment, and materials
Measure, track, and analyze initiative effectiveness using data to drive decisions and experimentation
Build relationships with senior business leaders across groups and geographies
Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, senior leaders, external speakers, vendors, and consultants
Optimize processes, tools, templates, and communication channels for operational excellence and scale
Develop project plans, documentation, and communication plans
Create training materials, slide decks, job aids, and other learning assets

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience guiding strategy and execution in a Technical L&D program or learning content management role
Direct prior experience in a technical field such as software engineering or data science
Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering organizations and their operations
Experience building and curating technical content for engineering or technical audiences
Experience with AI as an agent for developer productivity and knowledge of AI enablement for product development
Expertise in instructional design and content design best practices
Experience building and implementing programs, processes, and operational plans
Ability to manage multiple programs and initiatives against a broad roadmap
Data-driven approach to evaluating and measuring learning experiences
Ability to produce clear, comprehensive, and well-structured documentation
Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Consultative and collaborative skills with stakeholders, SMEs, senior leaders, and external partners
Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to apply graphic and visual design principles to learning materials
Proficiency using presentation technologies, Google apps, and spreadsheets
Must be based in San Francisco, California
