About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the product vision, strategy, and platform roadmap that supports the merchandising needs of key business verticals (e.g. Homes, Services, Experiences, International) and new bets (e.g. Hotels, Luxe, Partnerships)
- Build and scale a flexible, configurable platform for rapid testing and deployment of merchandising formats and offers/incentives.
- Incorporate the latest AI technologies to automate targeting, creative asset generation, and campaign management.
- Define and measure campaign performance, revenue lift, and guest engagement.
- Partner with creative and operations teams to manage campaign calendars, assets, and global coordination.
- Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in building platforms and campaign based marketing technology or ads /promotions systems.
- Familiarity with AI automation in campaign management.
- Track record of driving incremental revenue and scaling global programs.
- Entrepreneurial experience of taking an idea to reality.
- Demonstrated track record of building cross-functional and executive leadership alignment.
- Desire to do individual contributor product management work.
