Requirements

What you’ll need

J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials.
Licensed attorney with 10-15+ years of significant commercial legal experience, with at least 5+ years leading and closing high-value strategic partnerships.
Proven experience leading, negotiating, and drafting commercial partnerships from term sheet to execution across diverse industries and deal structures.
Transactional training at a top-tier law firm, with experience advising on complex, high-value commercial matters.
Working knowledge of data privacy and security frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they apply to commercial agreements.
Demonstrated record of successfully managing significant aspects of complex commercial matters.
Thrives juggling multiple complex, high-stakes projects at a time in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Licensed attorney in good standing of the bar of at least one U.S. state or territory.
