About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Marketing leadership as the go-to expert on the voice of the consumer
  • Own and evolve Airbnb's brand health tracking program
  • Coach and support the direct report who owns Airbnb's media measurement program
  • Lead and direct the Trends & Competitive Intelligence team
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects
  • Prepare and present research findings in concise formats for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the broader Research Team to synthesize across workstreams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of consumer insights experience
  • Deep expertise in brand health tracking
  • Strong command of audience research and segmentation
  • Familiarity with media measurement approaches
  • Experience in trends and competitive intelligence
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing individuals
  • A degree in research, marketing, or social sciences
