Senior Consumer Insights Lead – Marketing, Strategic Intelligence

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Marketing leadership as the go-to expert on the voice of the consumer
- Own and evolve Airbnb's brand health tracking program
- Coach and support the direct report who owns Airbnb's media measurement program
- Lead and direct the Trends & Competitive Intelligence team
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Prepare and present research findings in concise formats for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with the broader Research Team to synthesize across workstreams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of consumer insights experience
- Deep expertise in brand health tracking
- Strong command of audience research and segmentation
- Familiarity with media measurement approaches
- Experience in trends and competitive intelligence
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing individuals
- A degree in research, marketing, or social sciences
