Senior Consumer Insights Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and steward Airbnb's brand health tracking program
- Partner with Marketing leadership as the go-to expert on the voice of the consumer
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Coach and support a direct report who owns Airbnb's media measurement program
- Prepare and present research findings in concise, visually compelling formats for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with the broader Research leadership team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of consumer insights experience
- Deep expertise in brand health tracking
- Strong command of audience research and segmentation
- Familiarity with media measurement approaches
- Expertise across a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing individuals
- A degree in research, marketing, or social sciences
