About the role
- Lead a team of Market Associates & Market Managers responsible for maximizing partner relationships with Airbnb Homes Hosts
- Proactively set priorities, develop supply strategy plans for the full funnel of Stays supply
- Partner with Supply, Country Manager leadership to drive cross-functional business initiatives
- Be accountable for the business performance of the assigned territory
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant global operations experience with at least 4+ years in a management role managing teams
- Considered an expert in the Southeast & Gulf territory
- Shares learnings and independently influences cross functional partners to support relevant goals
- Previous relevant experience in growing supply and working with Community groups
