Define technical strategy and lead the architecture, build, and launch of solutions for serving reviews flows and providing data to our users.

Influence and align stakeholders across teams and organizations on technical direction, goals, and roadmaps.
Build efficient and backend solutions that are reliable, performant and scalable.

Requirements

7+ years of full-time work experience in software engineering, information technology, or related domains.
Proven track record of defining technical direction and owning architecture for large-scale, complex production systems.
Ability to drive technical strategy and make architectural decisions that span multiple teams and systems.
Experience mentoring and growing engineers, and influencing technical decisions across teams and organizations.
Experience with service oriented architecture.
Experience with Agentic Coding tools
Proficiency in one or more backend server languages (Ruby/Java/Kotlin), and in popular storage systems such as relational databases, NoSQL and caching.
Breadth of knowledge in reviews and metrics domain is a plus
