About the role
- Architect the next generation of Airbnb’s internal operating system
- Design and build AI-powered solutions for Employee Experience pain points
- Translate HR and workforce needs into scalable products
- Rapidly build prototypes and working solutions
- Partner closely with EX, BizTech, Legal, Privacy, and InfoSec
Requirements
- 9+ years in product management, AI engineering, and/or platform architecture
- Proven 0→1 builder with extensive experience developing GenAI prototypes, tools, and platforms from scratch
- Strong systems-thinking skills
- Expertise in prompt engineering, context orchestration, and adapting LLM behavior
- Data-informed decision-maker
- Skilled in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong visual and narrative communication skills
- Portfolio of prototypes or relevant 0→1 work preferred but not required
