Requirements

Masters or PhD in Psychology, Survey Science/Methods, Human-Computer Interaction, Economics, Political Science, or a related field
10+ years of industry experience
Strong storytelling skills, ability to bring data and insights to life in compelling ways for varied audiences
Experience with statistical analysis, modeling, experimental design, and survey design
Experience with statistical analysis packages and (R, Stata, SPSS, etc.)
Experience with survey programming platforms (Confirmit, Qualtrics, etc.)
Experience conducting in-depth interviews and foundational qualitative methods
Comfort using usability testing tools (UserTesting, dscout, outset.ai, etc.)
Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams
Familiarity with SQL
