About the role
- Collaboration with the Client Engineering, Product Management, and Design teams to align on product requirements.
- Driving the scoping, technical requirements, design, implementation, and operation of new functionality
- Building high-quality, re-usable backend components,
- Mentoring & supporting other engineers in the team or in related teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years industry experience
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
- Experience in building high-quality, consumer-facing products
- Ability to evaluate technical approaches and design product solutions to solve real-world problems.
- Ability to drive alignment, manage projects and effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experiences mentoring junior engineers
