• Negotiation and settlement: engage with airlines and other relevant parties to negotiate fair settlements on behalf of clients, striving to obtain the best possible resolution for each matter.
• Litigation representation: represent clients in court proceedings, including drafting legal documents, preparing evidence, conducting hearings, and presenting arguments to effectively advance clients’ claims.
• Compliance and documentation: maintain accurate and detailed case files in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Continuous learning: stay up to date on developments in consumer protection law, aviation regulations, and relevant legal precedents to deepen expertise and provide current, effective advice and representation for clients.
