Supply Chain Analyst
Air ProductsParticipate in a 3-year rotational Graduate Program - Supply Chain Analyst at Air Products. Lead projects in supply chain optimization and develop analytical tools in Spain.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead cross functional projects in supply chain optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities by challenging existing ways of working
- Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to simplify processes and improve data quality
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support operational and tactical decisions
- Define project scope, timelines, important metrics, and ensure execution and follow up
- Build and present cases supporting growth, efficiency, and cost reduction
- Act as a transversal reference for the Packaged Gases Supply Chain, promoting standard methodologies
- Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, engineering, IT, sourcing, planning, and finance
- Apply your academic knowledge to real-world industrial and business challenges
- Collaborate with experienced professionals across functions and locations
- Build a solid understanding of Air Products’ processes, standards, and culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or Business
- Graduation between Summer 2025 and August 2026
- Strong academic performance (e.g. 2:1 or local equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communicator and teammate
- Motivated, creative, and able to work independently
- Curiosity about BI / AI tools
- Proficient in English and Spanish
