About the role

  • Serve as the primary contact to plan and execute internal and external communications programs at a corporate level in Asia
  • Represent Asia in collaboration with Global Communications Team to plan, deploy, and execute global corporate communications programs in Asia
  • Serve as the chief editor and process owner for the internal company’s online platform in Asia overseeing the editorial calendar
  • Serve as the Center of Excellence in Asia and represent the region on the global core team managing change, issues, and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with Korea, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan key stakeholders to drive and execute corporate communications initiatives
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Team on talent acquisition and retention, change management and other internal initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications and Marketing Teams to plan and execute integrated communications programs
  • Create, edit and review communication materials with engaging content for both internal and external use
  • Build and maintain media relations to raise corporate profile
  • Plan and execute digital communications and social media programs at a corporate level in Asia
  • Maintain the company's websites with a focus on corporate-level content
  • Support crisis communications to protect the company's reputation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Language, or Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of working experience in corporate communications, internal communications or public relations in B2B and multinational environments
  • Relevant experience in developing and implementing regional communications plan across Asia
  • Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences
  • Proficiency in one or more Asian languages is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset, strong ability to comprehend complex information into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse stakeholders
  • High level of cultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and different stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Proactive and agile, committed to continuous learning, embracing new challenges and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team-oriented environment
