About the role

  • The Marketing Specialist executes tactical and strategic marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and support market expansion.
  • Generate leads using diverse channels, including external project databases (e.g., BCI) and Google Ads.
  • Qualify and nurture leads, coordinating closely with the commercial team.
  • Maintain and monitor the competitor account database.
  • Organize and execute local seminars and exhibitions in partnership with commercial and Asia Marketing and Comms teams.
  • Identify and implement new opportunities for local market communications.
  • Conduct market research and analysis by industry, product, and application.
  • Support market entry into new countries or regions (e.g., Vietnam, East Malaysia, Philippines).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or customer interface roles.
  • Strong experience in leads generation, engagement with government officers and market research.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads and market databases.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both tactical and strategic marketing.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
