About the role
- The Marketing Specialist executes tactical and strategic marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and support market expansion.
- Generate leads using diverse channels, including external project databases (e.g., BCI) and Google Ads.
- Qualify and nurture leads, coordinating closely with the commercial team.
- Maintain and monitor the competitor account database.
- Organize and execute local seminars and exhibitions in partnership with commercial and Asia Marketing and Comms teams.
- Identify and implement new opportunities for local market communications.
- Conduct market research and analysis by industry, product, and application.
- Support market entry into new countries or regions (e.g., Vietnam, East Malaysia, Philippines).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or customer interface roles.
- Strong experience in leads generation, engagement with government officers and market research.
- Proficiency with Google Ads and market databases.
- Demonstrated expertise in both tactical and strategic marketing.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
