About the role
- Rotate through three 12-month assignments
- Gain hands-on experience in areas such as Design and Maintenance, Plant Operations, Manufacturing, Production and Project Engineering, Start-up & Commissioning, Operations Excellence, and Mechanical Integrity
- At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real-world exposure
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
- Strong academic record (e.g., 2:1 or above or local equivalent)
- Internship/co-op experience a plus
- Leadership and campus involvement
