About the role
- Identify and engage new prospects through in-person visits, calls, and emails.
- Learn and master our Microbulk product suite and safety standards.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in B2B sales) technical background a plus
- A go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and learning
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfort with face-to-face cold calling and relationship development.
