Provide day-to-day supervision, motivation, and support to the outside sales team.
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement sales plans and territory strategies.
Drive efforts to identify and pursue new customer opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
Support reps in building positive relationships with clients, resolving increased issues, and identifying new business opportunities.
Supervise individual and team KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify areas for improvement.
Deliver ongoing training and mentorship to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for leadership review.
Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning, encouraging team members to understand and effectively communicate technical product details and solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required - STEM field preferred
3-5 years of sales experience
Prior people management experience a plus
