About the role
- Work with Account Managers, Specialists, Project Coordinators, and Engineering to understand scope of project.
- Work with Specialists and Engineering to validate BOM for accuracy and equipment concepts.
- Pre-assemble and test projects to ensure they are ready for installation.
- Travel to customer site to install equipment.
- Maintain established timeline and budget.
- Provide Pre-Sale Support to System Specialist.
- Project design review and development.
- Assemble, test, and install Air Power systems and components.
- Participate in lessons learned meetings as required.
- Report hours and expenditures for project financials.
- Mentor less experienced personnel.
- Comply with Company safety protocol.
Requirements
- Must have a good attitude with proven mechanical ability (pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical backgrounds are a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to support customer needs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Power point)
- 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
- Electrical experience preferred
- Experience reading electrical schematics
