About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform maintenance, repairs, inspections, and alterations of Company operated aircraft
- Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies
- Mentor new employees in understanding shop procedures
- Monitor and control material usage in the shop
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Five (5) or more years’ related experience and/or training
- Comprehensive knowledge of AMC part 145 and 135 maintenance requirements and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- FAA A&P or meet requirements to obtain a FAA repairman certification preferred
