Key responsibilities & impact

Establish, implement, and manage the organization’s enterprise physical security program
Conduct and maintain a National Facility Security Baseline Assessment
Provide enterprise governance and centralized oversight of the enterprise Physical Access Control System (PACS)
Manage security vendors and contracts
Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Emergency Management, or related field
Five (5) or more years of relevant experience managing enterprise physical security programs
Demonstrated experience conducting facility security assessments
Experience managing contracted security services and vendors
Emergency Management and Incident Command System (ICS) experience preferred
Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) preferred
