Key responsibilities & impact

The Clinical & Supply Chain Intern position consists of three rotational blocks: one block in Supply Chain and two blocks in Clinical.
Interns gain exposure to both frontline operations and back-office healthcare management, contributing to areas such as Clinical Training, Clinical Administration, Supply Chain Procurement and Sourcing, and Supply Chain Data Management.
During the clinical blocks, interns work alongside experienced clinical professionals and are assigned a variety of administrative, analytical, and observational duties.
Interns may support clinical education, quality initiatives, and operational activities through project work and shadowing opportunities.
Clinical-related projects and assignments
Clinical education analysis related to assigned projects
Support activities, including SimEX labs, training events, clinician shadowing at a base, possible third-rider observation, INDOC attendance, and administrative support
Review and verification of documents prepared by others
Presentation of data from work-study projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (BS) or master’s degree (M.A.) in the healthcare environment from a four-year college or university, however other technical majors will be considered
Ability to consistently follow established procedures and processes
Strong organizational aptitude, able to understand complex data structures effectively
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently and has a strong attention for detail.
Proficient with Microsoft, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
