About the role

  • The Clinical & Supply Chain Intern position consists of three rotational blocks: one block in Supply Chain and two blocks in Clinical.
  • Interns gain exposure to both frontline operations and back-office healthcare management, contributing to areas such as Clinical Training, Clinical Administration, Supply Chain Procurement and Sourcing, and Supply Chain Data Management.
  • During the clinical blocks, interns work alongside experienced clinical professionals and are assigned a variety of administrative, analytical, and observational duties.
  • Interns may support clinical education, quality initiatives, and operational activities through project work and shadowing opportunities.
  • Clinical-related projects and assignments
  • Clinical education analysis related to assigned projects
  • Support activities, including SimEX labs, training events, clinician shadowing at a base, possible third-rider observation, INDOC attendance, and administrative support
  • Review and verification of documents prepared by others
  • Presentation of data from work-study projects

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (BS) or master’s degree (M.A.) in the healthcare environment from a four-year college or university, however other technical majors will be considered
  • Ability to consistently follow established procedures and processes
  • Strong organizational aptitude, able to understand complex data structures effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and has a strong attention for detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
