About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic, scalable marketing initiatives across multiple air medical programs
- Collaborate with sales and sales ops teams to develop plans that drive patient volume and brand awareness
- Proactively monitor demand performance and analyze campaign KPIs
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and key customers
- Visit programs regularly to support initiatives and maintain local relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in Business, Marketing or Communications related field
- 5+ years of experience in regional or field marketing, preferably in healthcare or emergency services
- Familiarity with air medical or EMS operations, preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across diverse teams and geographies
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
- Ability to travel regionally as needed (approx. 35 to 50%)
