About the role
- Lead cross-functional programs related to brand, culture, and customer engagement; manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Plan and execute company presence at industry tradeshows, sales conferences, and managed branded environments; coordinate logistics, messaging, and branded materials.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support business development through brand-aligned messaging, presentations, collateral, and strategies.
- Create and manage brand-aligned content for internal and external audiences, including announcements, campaign messaging, and storytelling assets.
- Monitor KPIs related to brand engagement, program effectiveness, and event ROI; prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Marketing or Communications related field from four-year college or university; or five (5) or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in brand communications or marketing in healthcare or emergency services or equivalent agency experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing tactics, brand strategy, and customer engagement.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics.
- Ability to travel regionally (approx. 25–40%).
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills; ability to build trust with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience aligning marketing efforts with sales goals and supporting pipeline growth.
- Significant knowledge and hands-on experience with planning and executing tradeshows and conferences.
- Ability to design engaging, immersive experiences that drive awareness and connection.
- Versatile and skilled writer with ability to craft strategic messaging, ad copy and creative storytelling.
- Self-motivated, proactive problem-solving, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative and comfortable leading cross-department initiatives.
- Familiarity with healthcare and highly matrixed organizations is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
- Experience with Smartsheet.
- Experience with Sales Force.
