About the role
- Lead the national SIREN program responsible for overseeing peer support services and crisis response
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and HR leaders to embed peer support and mental health resources into organizational culture
- Manage day-to-day operations of peer support services ensuring timely and effective interventions
- Monitor SIREN program metrics and outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Oversee development and delivery of resilience, stress management, and peer support training for employees
- Coordinate response efforts following critical incidents or traumatic events impacting employees
- Ensure peer support and wellness programs comply with HIPAA, regulatory, and organizational privacy requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related mental health field
- Ten or more years related experience and/or training
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in mental health, peer support program leadership, or employee wellness
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare, emergency services, or aviation sectors preferred
- Proven expertise in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and resilience-building
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance in mental health contexts
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
