About the role
- Coordinate all DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol screens
- Maintain anti-drug and alcohol records
- Verify regulatory compliance with Corporate and Federal Aviation Regulations
- Process Pilot Record Database (PRD) requests
- Collaborate with HR for managing pre-employment drug testing
- Data entry for safety-sensitive employee random pools
- Create files for new hires and ensure accuracy
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training
- One to three years records experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting/Instant Messaging platforms like MS Teams or Zoom.
