About the role

  • Coordinate all DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol screens
  • Maintain anti-drug and alcohol records
  • Verify regulatory compliance with Corporate and Federal Aviation Regulations
  • Process Pilot Record Database (PRD) requests
  • Collaborate with HR for managing pre-employment drug testing
  • Data entry for safety-sensitive employee random pools
  • Create files for new hires and ensure accuracy

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training
  • One to three years records experience
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and virtual meeting/Instant Messaging platforms like MS Teams or Zoom.
