About the role
- You'll be at the heart of our Learning & Development (L&D) Center of Excellence (CoE), working to transform and streamline our learning processes.
- Your mission is to cut through complexity and bring clarity, making learning journeys (on-boarding & upskilling) simpler and more effective for managers and employees.
- Lead a geographically dispersed team across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and India.
- Drive the simplification and standardization of our learning offer and processes.
- Rationalize our external training providers to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning experience.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and implement solutions that improve the overall learning experience.
- Innovate new learning methods and tools to support employee upskilling and self-learning journeys.
Requirements
- Problem-Solving Skills to tackle complex organizational challenges.
- Communication abilities to inspire and lead a remote team.
- Agility and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
- Leadership experience, especially in managing a virtual team.
- Proactive, autonomous, and a strong team player, capable of fostering collaboration and adapting to dynamic environments.
