About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You acquire new patients in the Saxony region.
  • You accompany and advise prospective clients and their relatives during the admission and transition process.
  • You continuously review the capacities in your shared residential homes for possible admissions in coordination with regional management.
  • You establish new contacts with institutions in the medical and nursing care sectors.
  • You communicate with other departments to continuously improve the company's objectives.
  • You will be a member of a four-person team led by the COO of IC Home 24 GmbH.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have completed a three-year vocational training as a nursing professional or hold a degree in social work with experience in healthcare.
  • You have previously worked as a case manager according to DGCC with a nursing background.
  • Alternatively, you have experience in sales and bring an interest in outpatient intensive care.
  • You are characterized by business-oriented thinking and acting, as well as confident negotiation skills.
  • You are willing to travel within Saxony and hold a Class B driving license.
