About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The TAR Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of a Turn Around (installation shut-down for maintenance) cycle (Preparation, execution and capitalization).
Scoping: The supply of the scope of work is the responsibility of the installation owner.
Project time planning: The TAR Manager will define the time line and the required resources for the TAR organization.
Work detailing & preparation: Completion of the bid-packages for RFQ.
On site preparation (temporary facilities, gate entry etcetera).
Progress & Quality monitoring during Execution.
Capitalisation & wrap up: The closing of all work-orders in the CMMS.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Bachelor level of capabilities
A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
2 years experience in turn around and/or project management
Project Management skills
Cost & budget control skills
Knowledge of maintenance information software (Maximo, MS Project/ MS Office)
Fluent in English; any other language (Dutch, German) would be an asset.
