Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for local safety management, driver recruiting and staffing, vehicle maintenance
Supervises rolling stock maintenance and controls expenses through preventative maintenance
Directly accountable for recruitment and retention of drivers
Conducts required monthly safety meetings and accident investigations
Develops audit process for driver files, vehicle maintenance records, and shipping papers

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
4–6 years of operations management experience supervising a staff (in lieu of a degree)
3+ years of Distribution or Logistics experience
Must currently hold a valid US Driver’s License
Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
