About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • Draft and update job descriptions to reflect accurate and engaging information about open roles
  • Use job boards, social media, and other online platforms to source and identify potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and interest
  • Assist with pre-employment processes, including coordinating with the processing team to complete reference checks and background verification
  • Support new hire onboarding by ensuring smooth communication between HR, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Help promote the company’s employer brand through social media posts, career fairs, and community engagement
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases with accurate candidate information
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness
  • Support senior recruiters with ad hoc projects and process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (internships or entry-level roles are a plus)
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Workday and Google Suite proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
  • Expertise with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative
  • Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player
  • Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent
  • Prior experience recruiting driver candidates.
