About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the technical design and engineering of competitive proposals
Develop robust project strategies and cost estimations
Partner with Lead Business Developers for technical sales support
Lead internal milestones
Ensure adherence to Safety, Quality, and Industrial Management Systems
Manage the technical integrity of proposals and oversee formal handover to project teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)
Professional experience in Engineering or Operations
Working knowledge of EPC capital project definition and execution
Proficiency in project management tools
Strong understanding of industrial equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Controls)
Ability to think "outside the box"
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Proactive "can-do" attitude
