About the role
- Ensuring trouble-free operation, proper operation, monitoring, testing and maintenance of instrumentation, process analyzers, F&G equipment, valves on site.
- Drawing up plans for the maintenance of instrumentation taking into account recommendations of the Supplier and the approved budget.
- Control the performance of work by contractors and their compliance with requirements.
- Maintain a critical stock of spare parts for the purpose of carrying out repair and maintenance work.
- Conduct testing and maintenance of items important to safety and quality.
- Identify causes of incidents with instrumentation and maintain operability.
- Develop proposals and take measures to eliminate and prevent failures.
- Prepare reports on the activities carried out, changes, etc.
Requirements
- Higher professional (technical) education in the field of automation of technological processes and production
- At least 3 (three) years of experience in production as an engineer or manager of instrumentation and control systems or in another relevant position
- Experience in maintenance of field equipment and automatic valves
- Knowledge in F&G systems and equipment
- Experience in the oil and gas industry would be a plus
- Fluency in Russian & Kazakh, English intermediate or higher
- Understanding of DCS architecture will be an advantage
