About the role
- Manage and execute the multi-year process roadmap and strategy as defined by the GPO.
- Establish, operate and enforce the global process governance framework defined for all process changes.
- Directs the implementation of control standards, conducts audits to ensure global/local legal compliance, and mitigates process-related risks.
- Responsible for mapping "as-is" and "to-be" processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing changes to create leaner, more efficient workflows.
- Manages the CI portfolio by leveraging AI and automation to ensure projects meet business case benefits, across all assigned HR and Payroll domains.
- Partners closely with HR, Finance, and IT project teams to execute the HR technology roadmap.
- Monitors performance through KPIs and SLAs; Provide strategic analysis to the GPO on execution risks, barriers to standardization, and the performance impact of implemented changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Shared Services, or Global Business Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on global process transformation and strategy.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, PMP or other senior-level change management certifications highly desirable.
- English mandatory.
