Analyze and map data from legacy systems to new target systems
Develop and implement comprehensive data conversion plans aligned to project requirements
Design and execute data validation and testing processes to verify data accuracy and completeness
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout all phases of the data conversion lifecycle
Collaborate with LDWF stakeholders and OTS technical teams to define and prioritize data conversion requirements
Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to OTS and LDWF agency staff for all requested work
Participate in team meetings and design sessions
Cooperate with LDWF's Technical Architect and OTS technical teams to ensure compliance with OTS standards for state applications
Perform data profiling, normalization, and error handling activities

Requirements

4 years of work experience
2 years of advanced SQL experience writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures
2 years of ETL experience using enterprise tools such as Informatica or SSIS, or scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
4 years of experience working on data migration or data integration projects with specific experience in data profiling, schema mapping, data normalization, and error handling.
Experience creating documentation such as data mapping documents and data dictionaries
Experience working on a development team
Experience with client engagements covering design, delivery, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
