About the role
- Support the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) on a custom-built .NET development project.
- Responsible for the full lifecycle of web application development, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Monitor and audit the performance of replacement software and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with state application standards in close cooperation with LDWF's Technical Architect and OTS technical teams.
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to OTS and customer-agency staff.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and design sessions.
Requirements
- 2 years of full-stack experience in any combination of the following: C#, ASP.NET Core, or MSSQL.
- 1 year of enterprise-level software development experience.
- 2 years of experience developing applications in MVC architecture using .NET Core 2.x, 3.x, .NET 5, or greater.
- 2 years of experience with Bootstrap, JavaScript, SQL Server, or DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
- 1 year of experience using Vue or React frameworks.
- Experience working as part of a collaborative development team.
- Experience with client engagements covering design, delivery, deployment, and ongoing application maintenance.
- Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
