Support the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) on a custom-built .NET development project.
Responsible for the full lifecycle of web application development, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Monitor and audit the performance of replacement software and implement improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with state application standards in close cooperation with LDWF's Technical Architect and OTS technical teams.
Provide knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to OTS and customer-agency staff.
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and design sessions.

Requirements

2 years of full-stack experience in any combination of the following: C#, ASP.NET Core, or MSSQL.
1 year of enterprise-level software development experience.
2 years of experience developing applications in MVC architecture using .NET Core 2.x, 3.x, .NET 5, or greater.
2 years of experience with Bootstrap, JavaScript, SQL Server, or DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
1 year of experience using Vue or React frameworks.
Experience working as part of a collaborative development team.
Experience with client engagements covering design, delivery, deployment, and ongoing application maintenance.
Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
