Perform highly complex systems analyst work as a member of the IT Enterprise Project Office and Emerging Technologies team, overseeing one or more concurrent projects.
Provide technical and analytical support for the Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud implementation, optimization, stabilization, and ongoing operations.
Analyze system configuration and guide stakeholders toward standard, sustainable solutions.
Coordinate with project teams to identify process issues and collaborate with developers on configuration and design solutions.
Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to define and document requirements.
Design and support Oracle HCM integrations with other systems, including real-time and batch data synchronization.
Support Oracle updates, patches, and system testing, including user acceptance testing, defect triage, and data validation.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs.
Guide consulting resources and validate that recommended approaches and designs meet business needs.

Requirements

4-7 years of experience as a systems analyst in a technical or programmer analyst role with Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), including strong understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration vs. customization, functional setup tasks and workflows, and role-based security concepts.
4-7 years of hands-on experience in configuration, design, implementation, and production support of Oracle HCM Cloud, with specific experience in the Cloud Recruiting module.
4-7 years of experience designing Oracle HCM integrations with other systems, such as PeopleSoft HCM and mainframe ATS applications, for complex real-time and batch data synchronization.
4-7 years of experience with the Oracle integration toolset, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for API integration, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for ETL, and Oracle Managed File Transfer (MFT) for secure file handling.
4-7 years of experience with vendor management in a software project setting, including guiding consulting resources and validating recommended approaches against business needs.
4-7 years of demonstrated experience working with stakeholders and development teams, including facilitating meetings that convert business requirements into technical solutions.
4-7 years of experience with reporting and analytics, including custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
4-7 years of experience with Oracle updates and patches.
4-7 years of experience with testing and validation, including user acceptance testing, defect triage, and data validation.
4-7 years of thorough knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies.
2 years of experience with Oracle Taleo Applicant Tracking System and Taleo Connect Client (TCC).
2 years with a Certified Oracle Fusion HCM / Recruiting credential.
2 years of experience with the Python scripting language.
2 years of experience with the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System for Texas (CAPPS).
2 years of experience with Oracle AI Agents, including leveraging AI-driven capabilities to enhance business process automation, insights, and decision-making.
