About the role
- You are responsible for AIPERIA's marketing channels: from event and email marketing to social media (focus on LinkedIn) and website content.
- You will conceptually develop and implement campaigns for lead generation and drive cross-channel execution of ideas.
- You will maintain the campaign calendar for all marketing channels and work closely with Sales & Product to align marketing measurably with pipeline and revenue.
- You will use performance KPIs to manage strategies in a data-driven way and continuously optimize to identify the best formats and content for our target audience.
- You will independently prioritize initiatives based on impact and available resources.
- You will continuously monitor trends, opportunities and competitors — and spot potential before others do.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have a degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of relevant professional experience (approx. 4–7 years) in B2B marketing, campaign management, growth or performance marketing (agency experience welcome), preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Ability and enthusiasm to implement campaign ideas yourself (copywriting and visuals).
- Solid hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels (Paid, Owned, Earned) and with common marketing, analytics and CRM tools (ideally HubSpot).
- Experience with lead funnels, MQL/SQL logic and close coordination with Sales.
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Hands-on mentality, ownership and decisiveness.
- Native-level German and very good English are required.
- Experience with WordPress is a plus.
Benefits

- Annual learning and development budget to support your professional and personal growth.
