Associate Recruitment Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Talent Sourcing & Research: Conduct deep-dive research into target industries to identify top-tier talent.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and our internal database to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Outreach: Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach messages that reflect AIP’s authentic and professional brand voice.
- Candidate Lifecycle Management: Participate in and shadow senior-led interviews to learn the AIP Method of behavioral assessment.
- Candidate Prep: Coach candidates for client interviews, providing them with deep insights into company culture, technical expectations, and fit nuances.
- Reference Management: Conduct thorough, insightful reference checks that add qualitative value to the candidate profile.
- Presentations: Develop compelling Candidate Presentation decks for clients, highlighting not just skills, but the human reason why they are a match.
- Client Advisory & Workshop Development: Assist in developing content and frameworks for client workshops.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a high-volume administrative/research role.
- Research Savvy: You know how to dig. You are comfortable navigating LinkedIn and various digital tools to find hidden talent.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and writing skills. You can write a candidate bio that makes a client want to meet them immediately.
- Agility: You can pivot from a data-heavy research project to a high-energy candidate coaching session without missing a beat.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, HR, or a related field.
