About the role

  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture and Implementation teams to drive client engagement, customer wins, and revenue on behalf of the Professional Services team
  • Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation
  • Be the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our largest users' and partners' technical teams
  • Keep abreast of new payment technologies and software products and showcases technical thought leadership in white papers, conferences and other industry events
  • Providing recommendations, feedback and best practices for the product and engineering teams

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in fintech / payments companies, software engineering or a related field
  • Experience with system configuration, debugging, logging, and API troubleshooting
  • Able to discuss technical concepts and explain payment functionality, including product features and API architecture
  • User-focused with a strong sense of empathy
  • Confident and comfortable interacting with customers
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Broad technical expertise
  • Willingness to learn and teach others
  • Collaborative, communicative, consultative
  • Intellectually curious, with great problem-solving skills
