Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical Skills & Experience
  • - 4+ years of experience building backend systems, distributed platforms, workflow orchestration engines, or cloud-native infrastructure.
  • - Strong proficiency in Golang is preferred; Python or Rust experience is a plus.
  • - Deep understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
  • - Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • - Familiarity with workflow orchestration frameworks such as Temporal, Argo Workflows, Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or similar platforms.
  • - Experience building APIs, SDKs, and control plane services.
  • - Strong understanding of scheduling algorithms, dependency management, retries, checkpointing, and workflow execution models.
  • - Experience with message brokers including Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or similar technologies.
  • - Familiarity with databases including PostgreSQL, Redis, and distributed storage systems.
  • - Experience implementing observability using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing.
  • - Understanding of authentication, authorization, secrets management, and enterprise security best practices.
  • - Exposure to AI infrastructure, LLM pipelines, agent orchestration, or model deployment workflows is highly desirable.
  • Bonus/ Good to Have
  • - AI Workflow Automation: Experience orchestrating LLM pipelines, multi-agent systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, or autonomous AI applications.
  • - Cloud & Platform Engineering: Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), Kubernetes Operators, or platform engineering.
  • - Enterprise Integrations: Experience integrating enterprise applications including CRMs, ERPs, identity providers, messaging systems, and SaaS platforms.
  • - Developer Platforms: Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), platform tooling, CLI utilities, SDKs, or developer productivity systems.
