About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for product strategy and ongoing development across the entire product lifecycle
- Gather and structure requirements from Sales, Support, Integration teams and external partners, translating them into a prioritized roadmap
- Develop and scale existing product processes
- Advance the agent-based product platform
- Drive the introduction of new agents, quality assurance and rollouts
- Work in a data-driven way: define relevant metrics and validate hypotheses
- Proactive problem solving and team support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of Product Management experience in a SaaS or B2B environment with direct involvement in building AI products
- Responsible for product development across the entire lifecycle
- Experience in leading and developing product and engineering teams
- Understanding of AI-based systems, especially orchestrated and modular approaches
- Fluent German and English (business fluent)
- Knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem (online shops and marketplaces)
- Technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Experience with ML/LLM products and quality assurance
- Experience with SaaS operations: billing/subscription systems, pricing, onboarding flows
- Experience building partner and integration ecosystems
- Experience coaching and mentoring Product Owners
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapid change in a scale-up environment
