About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product strategy and drive product development across the entire product lifecycle
- Work closely with Sales, Support, integration teams, and external partners
- Structure requirements into a prioritized roadmap to support our growth
- Mentor and further develop existing Product Owners and teams
- Work on the continued development of our agent-based product platform
- Drive the structured introduction of new agents, quality assurance, and rollouts
- Make data-driven decisions using relevant metrics and hypothesis validation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B environments, with active contribution to building AI products
- Responsibility for products across the full lifecycle, from discovery through iteration
- Built and evolved product processes that scale and remain effective as complexity grows
- Experience leading and developing product and engineering teams, ideally in a distributed and international setup
- Understanding of AI-based systems, particularly orchestrated and modular approaches
- Active use of AI tools to improve product work
- Business-fluent German and English
